Over the 19 months, that I worked for The Mill Group I created, designed and animated on dozens of internal films for Asda; from training videos, company updates too instore media. This is the main and key client for the company and I could be found working on a couple of films a week due to high turnover rates.
With a limited and tight brand guideline, it was key to create impactful graphics that helped enhance the film and tell store colleagues key information without getting distracted.

Some of my favorite pieces to work on came from, when I was allowed to use animated characters to tell a part of the film that couldn’t be shot or to help enhance a sequence.

I also created the re-branding of some instore media known as “tech reel”, it is a piece of media that is updated bi-weekly with the latest offers on games, music, films and electronic equipment. This can be seen in store nationwide in the entertainment section.
I created the overall design, from the main menu to the different sections and helped pitch the idea to the marketing department within Asda.
